College Now - SD 10

On March 31, 2003 I joined the College Now SD 10 class. This is a wonderful class. This class teaches us how to deal with college survival skills, such as: time management, study skills, note taking, choosing a major, financial aid and money management.

SD 10 class is very helpful. In this class I know which career I may be interested to do in the future by doing "Career Interest Checklist." It will help me to find a job that I like to do in the future. In addition, the teacher teaches us to gain self-esteem. Self-esteem is very import to everybody. Sometimes, it may change a person's life. For example, when I face a problem that I may not be able to solve, I will tell myself that I can do it because I know this is a good way to achieve my goals and solve problems. This method belongs to self-esteem. Also, the class teaches us study skills. By using these techniques to study, I can do well in school and college.

SD 10 is a wonderful program. I know in the following weeks, I will learn even more things, I believe these skills will help me in the future. Help me to success.
